Pam Maines
CEO & Founder
Pam has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry, focused on distributed energy resources, procurement, and energy efficiency. Pam has implemented numerous energy-related projects at companies including PEPCO, Constellation Energy and solar developer Empower Energies. Pam earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Stony Brook and an MBA from George Mason University. Pam holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). She lives in the DC-Northern Virginia area.
Laura Bacon
Chief Commercial Officer & Partner
Laura is a seasoned energy professional with more than a decade of experience driving strategy in renewable energy, grid modernization, and energy efficiency. Before becoming CCO of ZeroEnergy, Laura served as Director, Business Development with Camus Energy, focusing on advancing innovative AI-driven grid solutions. Previous roles included Centrica/Direct Energy and GE. Laura earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is based in south Florida.
